Good daily allowances for international sites.

...e holding full-time positions at other companies. There is no work-life balance. The company enforces a 2-year bond, and if you resign during this period, you are required to pay 2 lakhs. Otherwise, they will withhold your documents. If the company sponsors a visa, the bond is extended by an additional 3 years with financial penalties. Overall, it feels like a trap to make money from employees . The daily allowance for Indian local sites is only Rs150. There are no cab facilities for traveling to on-site locations. Policies lacks standardisation, and management frequently changes leave policies and other rules without notice.

...y great with inhouse training facility, multiple plc and robot systems to learn. High Salary Package and Good Increment very well overseas opportunity with high DA good office and management salary on time, no delay
