...e holding full-time positions at other companies. There is no work-life balance. The company enforces a 2-year bond, and if you resign during this period, you are required to pay 2 lakhs. Otherwise, they will withhold your documents. If the company sponsors a visa, the bond is extended by an additional 3 years with financial penalties. Overall, it feels like a trap to make money from employees . The daily allowance for Indian local sites is only Rs150. There are no cab facilities for traveling to on-site locations. Policies lacks standardisation, and management frequently changes leave policies and other rules without notice.
