One of the Worst Companies in Hyderabad. Wastage of Time, Poor Management, and the HR Team are very unprofessional. The Interview Process was Pathetic and Very Unprofessional. First, they collected the UAN Number, Bank statement, and Educational and Other Documents. After completing 4 Rounds of Interviews they said we could discuss the Joining date and that we are hiring other employees for the same team we will give the same Joining date to all the new employees. After waiting for 20 working days HR said we would do one more Interview with the Onshore Team member after that they just did a Dummy Interview and after doing a follow-up they did not respond after doing a Follow-up HR said your profile is not shortlisted. No Details Feedback nothing.

Everything. Very Poor HR Team and Unprofessional Behaviour. Wastage of Time. Please don't collect Documents and Create Dummy Employees data.

comfortable timings and easily we can balance our work and life. The main plus point is working with ProArch is Job Security and culture, we work happily in collaboration. Company treats every employee is very important even they are non development team also. I am really happy for working with ProArch.

Helps in achieving many personal goal via doing many certifications If you are good in hiring for cybersecurity, cloud,fullstacks and database side recruiting.best place to learn more and more . Seniors are very helping in nature Individual recognition matters in this company. Highly recommended .

I have been working here for past 3 years. I have seen many negative review which we didn't experienced. First of all, its WFH job. Flexible working hours and no micro management if you handle the delivery with responsibility and accountability. I would recommend you to choose this without hesitations.
