Over all Company is Great. Owner is very humble..GM is not good they are doing politics every time not exactly for every GM Some GM is out standing and some is playing politics...Like Passive GM New Delhi.. Not Join this vertical. Humble Message for "Rajeev Sir" Please meet your mid level employees ( All vertical especially Passive team) once a week. Because you don't know what happening in your organization. Please interact your all employees because they are doing for you not for GM. There is need to focus on all vertical. Hard Core Politics Always Support to Chammach. Not Focus on work ( Always focus on Buttering) Unprofessional work environment. Passive department is worst.

There is nothing about to like in working at proactive As I had to work with highly character-less, shame-less, uneducated, unqualified & unprofessional Manager Whose name is Mahipal Singh Rawat (Admin Department). Please be aware from this person as he does not even know how to talk with females. And am sure that he has past criminal records. And in proactive you will mostly find those types of people.

Everything I dislike about the working at Proactive Data Systems. Even I consider the name "proactive Data systems" is not a company name it is a abusive word which creates humiliation to write in a Resume as an experience.

Unprofessional Hr team & people are working They dont ethic of the corporate..only wasting the time of candidate for the entertainment HR & The team don't know how to work n requrites...in my professional career 1st time.i see the unethical whr the don't know how to do that there responsibility
