...r 8 years contract and on role as a assistant Manager BOE (Last Designation) At the time of relieving I followed notice period of 1 month as per the agreement, but they stop my salary after resignation given. And committed to give me after final settlement, but till date approx 7 months completed, they have not deposited my salary, HR not picking phone, and mail blocked. This happens with more 2 to 3 people's. HR grab my salary and more than 35 days leave balance payment. Don't go for job, hr policy is very bad. Though I contributed honestly 8 years for this company.

Dislikes

...year life is too much in this company.This is applicable from office boy to CEO. Salary is on time but appraisal is like equal to nothing. There is too much politics hence noone spend more time i.e company management throwing out the employee after his use. Work environment is always tense.There is no CSR activities, not doing any function, celebrations, program etc. Company trying to do innovations but don't having any planning.

Pros - Well growed and automation oriented plant. Good for self learners Cons - Politics. Bossing Jugad insted of being technical.

Dislikes

It's good to work in hostile environment to make ready for harsh world. Be prepared for challanges man machine and POLITICS.
