Poor management and HR policies are all against the employees HR Nikita is very bad she only likes gossiping and backbitching about others Two managers Pradeep and Mahendra are the worst managers and they have spoiled the company culture for the worst

1. Biobased product is future of country, so trouble shooting when doing work related to bio-based products is challenging and interesting. 2. R&D person has authority to do pilot, So that you can troubleshoot problems easily at pilot.

Nothing to like in privi Biotechnologies Nerul

Dislikes

Manager's are useless. Mr Mahendra yeole and Mr Pradip Yelave makes toxic work culture. No Safety protocols are followed here. Even they don't have fire extinguisher on required places. Their reseption area is the only place which is they are maintaining clean but actual work place is the worst, some employee's working in Sewer like situation, They don't have proper water drainage system. No job security.

Pathetic management, snake🐍 are good but HR is having the third class policies and everything is against the employees, if we have some issues they will blame you only, it's like you are spitting on yourself, Nikita is the biggest culprit
