While there are always areas of improvement , its hard to pinpoint significant dislike at PrismHR, The company is proactive in addressing concerns and continuously strives to enhance the work environment. Any minor issues are often outweighed by the positive aspects. such as supportive culture and opportunities for growth.

Great culture, opportunity to work in several amazing product development tasks, good office ambience , great leadership thats fair and supportive. I'm able to experient and learn new stack which helped me grow my career aspirations.

There is nothing to like here. Worst company of all time. Please don't ever join here. It's better to sit jobless than joining here. The whole management is corrupt. You will see high level of favouritism and lobbying. The senior visw president, director, senior architect, devops expert and some other people , they all used to work for a same company before coming here. So one person came(SVP) here and started to build a gang. Anybody outside this gang will be insulted and treated as an servent. All these people don't know anything in there domain but thinks they know everything. NEVER JOIN HERE !!!

Work environment is pathetic in Noida office. It's being handled by bunch of goons who does not have any respect to employees personal life. If you can please them then you got future else you are wasting your time and efforts. What you will learn there will have no use outside the EPAY.

Dislikes

Everything. No independent HR- they don't have any rights they have to work as per the operations orders. You might be thinking if the company is so bad then how come they have 5 star ratings. Earlier company was known as American EPAY Systems Inc. but it was acquired by PRISMHR in 2020. They had many negative reviews so they deleted their previous image from social media profiles. 90% of the newly hired employees will not stay longer than 6 months. They claim to be an IT company but it's a call center. All the positive reviews are for US office, it's not for India office.

I am loving to work this company, work culture and management. Its fast pace growing company and people working here are very much satisfied in terms of their monetary & non- monetary benefits, job security, work life balance.

Dislikes

I am not disliking anything so far, we have very fun loving work environment.
