They pay below industry standards. Marketing concepts are hardly implemented here. There is no learning as well as no personal growth. If a person wants to just pass his time and has no personal life should join this organisation. Late-seating is encouraged. It is believed that people who sit till late are the ones who work. Your opinions are always discarded here. They do not assign work according to designation. They send PMT people to do dispatch work. There is abosolutely no work in this organisation, you have to just pretend that you are working.

Nothing much apart from the hospitality provided to employees, which is not that worth or needed too.

The experience was far from positive, the management culture is severely lacking in professionalism and there is no support or guidance from the directors to the least HOD's No decision making or pre-planned process for any strategy. Overall not recommended place for professionals from Corporate background and vast experience holders. The most troubling issues are the company is fund less to credit PF every month which is an unethical practice and serious violation of employee rights. Field Employees will be ask to leave any time without any prior intimation or notice. Employees will be harassed and torture if taken leaves or given priorities to their personal life. Neeta Narayan Shirke the cheap culprit lady who's jealously has drone the company culture and most people's career.

Bad culture only 3 people handle the work and there is no system working and employees are facing unsecure very pathetic system no objective, no brand future, no PF deduction, no leave a required, no increment, no inputs and all that
