1st they promise to give incentives on time... But when I gave resignation I didn't receive incentives of my 3 joinies. They tell employee not to use their brain... But accept only their way of working. After Leaving company we don't get any experience letter or relieving letter as per earlier promised by them by so many follow ups.... But after the interview if they shortlist you they will give you the offer letter in an hour also.

No Deadlines , no contract work at your own speed but good organization if you like to work for free

Everything! if you want good hike? forget about it you don't get enought hike always underpaid lot of work but no appreciation given the inventive is likes pennies no private life also working on holidays / bank holidays no offs Saturday's even sometimes no off on bigger festivals. Don't ever join this is located in Borivali ( W ) if anyone wants to stay away

You'll get to learn lot at the company if you are a fresher

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

No holidays , no holidays on bank days also , no good increment system you'll be underpaid alot when you are here and alot of work pressure and 0 to anything incentives

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
