Very poor employee engagement and welfare. Very poor work life balance. Terrible because of Late sitting culture. Punch out time is 6:00pm but senior(s) don't let one leave untill 8:30-9:00pm

Company does not care for their employees and give false commitment and everyone saves jobs on cost of his co- workers job. Senior Management Is aware of all the things but does not want to correct things.
