The company allows all the employees to grow, I think most people are given one or two really great opportunities to grow within their first 6-8 months and if you as a person are able to capitalise it. Then you are fast-tracked for growth. The overall company culture is progressive and their overall intention is to grow along with the employees.

The opportunity-grabbing scenario is also a thing that can act against you, early on in the company you have to be on your footing and make sure you can showcase yourself well. Though these opportunities come both personally and publicly if you don't do much to grab them you'll lose them, and the management is looking for the ones who are not grabbing them and this might act against you. Though all of these are bonuses but a company with 50-60 employees everyone has eyes you and you may get overshadowed.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
