Good Salary nothing else .

Dislikes

India Head was non- technical background and struggling to handle technical team and make false decisions. He depends on few old leader who they only care about their position.His way of collecting feedback for Managers and about team create problems for employees instead of solving them. HR and GM level people requesting positive feedback on google instead of addressing issues . The recent Hackthon failed due to these people and company's poor reputations with no external participants-only internal employees or their friends and relatives.The Leaderboard seemed manipulated,with internal teams suddenly topping it in the final minutes. The recent event gifts seem to lack of quality.In the past, better gifts were given, which helped improve morale and reflects teh company value for its people .

Discrimination between night shift operations and day shift tech persons. 2) Low increments of existing employees with same skill set vs good salary offer to new joinees.

Nothing. Terrible company to work with.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You have to clock at least 12 hours per day. But after that you manager still expects you to log more time and be available whenever he calls in midnight or on weekends. Overall pathetic work culture. Management is always in race to complete everything fast. Being in hurry they fix less problems and create more issues. I would suggest, if you are married, don't join this company as you will not be able to spend time with your family.

Nothing , the company with terrible culture worst people

Dislikes

There is nothing which is good in this company. Please dont consider good reviews of it they are done by their hr and fav employees from different phones and mails. Worst at any point of career but specially at fresher level its terrible where u are just came out of college and you may think to drop out your dreams of being in corporate job. No work life balance. Work culture is worst. 1 year or 2 year senior person will treat you as their slave and put out all their frustration on you. If you worked from 9am to 8pm then there is no value because you were not online till 1 or 2 am or woke up at 5 am to please your senior because there are people who can cross any limit of chamachagiri. There is no recognition of your work because you are not online till night and also if you have questioned about anything then they will ruin your career they only want yes sir people. Almost every saturday is working and also there is not surity that there will be no work on sunday. They will call you on saturday and force to come for meeting and then will cancel the meeting.

It’s very subjective and depends upon which team you work in. If team is good, you would be okay

Dislikes

Culture is pathetic. Management would make you work overtime literally everyday and would still be proud of themselves for that. They favour specific people all the time without even listening to any scenario
