Everyone's thoughts and inputs are taken into consideration while planning for any new feature. There is little to no pressure for medium to high performing individuals. Work life balance here is a blessing. You'll learn here only if you push yourself and take initiative and responsibility. There isn't much pressure as far as the deadine is concerned. If you are supposed to work on a new tech, considerable team is given for you to learn. All and all, the work is decent, but if you are looking for a challenging opportunity, then you might want to reconsider joining.
