Just a healthcare company, suitable for ladies and people who don't expect much. Fixed shifts and 2 day weekoffs.

Dislikes

.... Team leaders and Managers play too much politics and show too much partiality. Salary and appraisals are extremely low even by Healthcare standards. No proper training, if you are experienced, it is expected that you know everything. Better self learn yourself to adopt or quit, no other option.

I have joined this company with good package. My package was 7,50,000/- when I have joined the company in November 2022. Everything is fine in this company but there is no cafeteria only.

Dislikes

No Cafeteria, Cubical system is not there, No Gym.

Strictly there is no Employee safety in the company. No professionalism or corporate culture and no employee benefits. For name sake it is an healthcare company and it does not care about the health of employees though they get sick with corona where the entire world is fighting against corona to help people in this pandemic.

...ot care about the health of its employees though they are suffering with corona. they need to work for the company or loose their pay if want to take treatment. No benefits or employee safety in this company.

I worked 4 years in this company I love to be part of primera good team salary hikes are ok you will enjoy this company if you have best colleagues because of them I stayed there 4 years wonder full people I got.work and life balence very good in this company,no system time and all .u just need complete work and chill with your colleagues.thank you for opportunity Primera 💕

...king from home) No WiFi or Current bill charges were provided for the employees. We have to pay everything and on top of it, Appraisal is also not given.

...WiFi or Current bill amount was not provided by the company to work from home. We have to pay everything from our hand. It's been one year we have been waiting for the appraisal which was cancelled this year and no information about it if that is going to happen or not We cannot expect any Incentives. They force employees to work extra hours for free. It's poor management and HRs dosen't treate employees well.
