Less hike in appraisal. Reporting manager is worst. He even not listen concern of employees. Worst HR. They don't have any rights. Everything is decided by manager only.

Nothing much to say. You'll get the salary on time. That's it

Individual performance are never considered. Promotion depends on the higher levels support but not based on your performance. Don't think of hike.

There will be job security even if there are layoffs in other companies, you can get your full salary on time.

We could see very less growth here. However it depends upon the manager. If he/she wants to give you promotion/hike/appraisal then only you will get otherwise no recognition. *This review is not about overall company but some managers in that company.

Please avoid this office I worked for past 7 month. Last month I leave that office before salary date but I work for 15 days in that month they don't provide me the salary. Whatever you ask they will say that is company rules but they don't follow office rules they don't provide offer letter reliving letter experience certificate I don't have a single proof I am a previous employer in HTC. So please avoid that office.

They told me to provide my 10 certificate for bond my bond over 30 days ago but still they don't provide me the 10 certificate.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
