Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing the management is very bad

Dislikes

The work culture is very toxic management is not at all supportive even we have to work on weekends, salary deduction on late punch , not getting incentives, not recommended at all

Nothing was good in this organisation.. everything is very bad..terrible workplace

Very bad staff and manager, they terminate employee on one day notice, very unprofessional behaviour..fraud organisation..very very bad experience
