I setup company in Rajasthan and built a full network here.started from zero and took a good volume from its face value, but company did No good by removing the entire staff On such a difficult covid 19

It Employee a friendly company especially for ladies -You have people working here for more than 20+ years. Provide all facilities like Canteen, Tea breaks and all .Bus facilities were there but now post covid it is yet to resume

None at such , except professional growth is less and less focus is given on training and development

Dislikes

Due to inefficiency of few old employees in certain departments, the other cross-functional department suffers and their abilities are being questioned. Those handful employees do nothing apart for giving orders and safeguarding themselves putting the blame on other departments and employees.

Great work culture and supportive bosses while the company is very inclusive as a whole. Management was open to new ideas and suggestions and feedback.

Dislikes

Pay is on the lower side albeit it was an sales internship and not a tier-1 city job. Roles and responsibilities aren't well defined and structured.
