Overall everything is good until and unless you work as a donkey in minimum salary. When your expectations becomes high they think you are not worth it. Even though you are getting it from other big companies. If they think losing you is damage for them they will give you plenty of "GAJAR". And when times comes to keep their promises they will give you lot of reasons. No proper heirarchy. Only one person is sitting on one chair since long and he thinks he owns the company. And changes his decisions and rules every now and then. Lots of politics. Company is good for customers only when it comes to delivering a good project. Rest every other experience is total sadness.

The Organization is very good in terms of Incentives/salary payments. every Process-oriented company and a very employee-centric company. I have worked with the Organization for 2 and a half years. The organization has helped me to grow in the Real Estate Market of Pune.
