Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I feel happy that I am a part of PRICOL LIMITED, The work environment is completely surrounded by trees,that makes our mind clam and make us relief from the work pressure and work relaxly. The company is very innovative and cooperative to all customer dealers. People from different places are working effectively with intellectual ideas. On job training classes will be conducted to gain more knowledge about Product, Process etc.Appreciation will be provided from the higher officials for the best performance. These are the advantages that is undergone in the company.

Salary is reasonable.

Dislikes

No job security and no work life balance in the satelite plants. Leadership is terrible in the satellite plants and no top management is not bother about the satellite plants employees life at the plants. Satellite plants are running with staff shortage and available staffs are handling multiple functions.
