...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year s before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners

We can develop our skills and learn new things everyday and also you can learn how to manage the team

Salary hike is the major issue and there will be no event organising for entertainment which is much needed for working people.

Don’t think to join this company I have lost my life because of this company I worked with tier 1 but they made me to join Pricol But they sent me out with in 1.5 years No settlement amount also

They doesn’t have proper organisation structure. Especially “businesses development” . Without vision they hire the people and after 6 months or 1 year HR will tell like, there is No business volumes pl. look for some other job
