Worst company to work with, overtime daily and also worst employee engagement and people are full of politics, first 3 months that is not visible bt after that they show their colors

Worst company nothing is good, they just offer salary just to pull people, people are worst out their, full on politics and that would be not visible for first 3 months bt after that they will dominate that your confidence goes null and void, don't go and harm your confidence and people are toxic in nature

The work culture has drastically changed they have moved all the reporting to India team how does that make you a global organisation if you have Indian managers managing the entire India team makes no sense

Some teams and folks are good. However the staff hired in mumbai is not upto the par of bangalore or standard IT. Really crass, bullying behaviour by managers and directors. Really incompetent, bullying, toxic level directors in mumbai who dont let others grow. Similarly bullies from US try to dominate indian teams. But indians as usual backstab each other. The mumbai team is beyond repair. Those abusive directors are now promoted as senior directors, that talks a lot about the culture. Secondly they have a weird work from office policy that requires you to be in office every single week even if you are on death bed you cant take work from home. I was threatened to be fired if i take work from home and not meet the minimum 2 days work from office ( even though i offered to take 2 days pto). such rigidity and toxic policy wont let you hire good folks and I am glad I quit.

Everything is good about this company when it comes to US people who don't involve in any politics. But on India side I think they wrongly hire politicians instead of managers. They should look into that and listen for engineers not on policies only.
