The execution is so bad in India. The ops manager does not know what he is speaking majority of the times and constantly sets un meetable targets for stores. All stores are poorly staffed with a very high attrition rate but the HR and management is yet to care. They give 10% variable on ctc as an incentive but the incentive is yet to come to a single staff. Few store managers do not even complete 35-40 hours per week and expect the team to do wonders while being short staffed.

I Enjoy working at pret a manager for serval reason.firstly, i take a pride in being part of an international brand with a ruputation for qulity and excellence. Additionally, I thrives on engaging with customers and ensuring they have positive experience in our store. As a Shift Manger , I appreciate the responsibility of leading my team and over seeking daily operations.

No else , but yes everyone need growth and promotion in there life which is missing over her in certain reasons

Pret A Manger internationally is very well organised and it carries a great working culture all over the world except India. Pret A Manger International cares a lot about their people and strictly adhered to the policies and standard

Dislikes

These comments are only for India Market Pret A Manger. The work culture is extremely toxic, Leadership Team expecting 200% work output with zero support and resource tools and no recognition. Process and standards are only on books and very well tampered by the leadership team. Not at all recommended.

Dislikes

lots of work load and they will terminate anyone after making them work for few months without giving salary. Project coordinator are of abusive nature to male as well as female employees.
