Good work environment and good people. Teammates are very supporting nature. All person's behavior is good. Company policies are good. They give a good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

In company office there is lot of politics management never listen our problems. Salary is good but no career growth.

Likes

Employees are good fellas, Deadline pressure is minimal, healthy atmosphere to learn, seniors are understanding and won't push to work so much hard. Do your 100 percent and if they ask you to do something extra, trust me- do it. Because it will create a good understanding between you and your seniors. If you're sick, you may ask your senior to do work from home or also can take a break.

Dislikes

Bitching and office politics is very commen in there and if you're good at making friends and doing bitching, trust me you're good in there. Job security is minimum. You can be fired anytime without any kind of notice period. I remember, at a time when US embassy had minimised asking for media files, the administration sent us on an unpaid break of 15 days during festival Diwali. When we came back from break they guys fired 8-9 of my teammates by forcing them to write a resignation, though paid some money to them. It was horrible, I saw my teammate facing depression.
