Worst university who took my salary in the name of fake policies.Hr policies are only to exploit employee and it changes accordingly.

Don't give salary when you are on notice period, give excuses of policies. No job security.

They are giving good salary but negotiable and increment is not confirm. Even there is on instance of taking back the increment just because the faculty shows disagreement with the increment. The infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

I found people are leaving within a week. That shows the poor job security structure. There are some departments where 20 faculty are leaving out of 40, and almost same rate is everywhere because they want to unnecessarily engage the faculty. There are duplication of work. They will take your higher degree at the time of joining. Exiting from university is a tedious task. They have culture to harass the faculty at the time of relieving. They can do better if they rotate the key officials of all the department. Infact key officials are weak and they are trying to safe their job and in result the poor faculty are suffering.

Colleagues are good, located at outside of the city, Good infrastructure and landscape .

Dislikes

Lost the decision makers in due course. No proper ERP or MIS for data collection and analysis, No activity centers for students and no proper pay scale.

They always find excuses to decuct salary of employees. They are not satisfy from employees work always criticise employees. Never support employees in their hard times. Very ungrateful people. They treat employees like a slave.

...Policies, Job Security, Increments. No increments for 3 years for all staff. Salary deductions, just like that they deduct salaries to fulfill their other dreams. Employees will be terminated at any time. Be careful.
