Salary always on time. Once accustomed to the culture, it is manageable.

Unnecessary staybacks and duplication of work to simply increase the workload . Traditional approach. Too much emphasis on notes completion, which doesn't align with the 21st century skills. Co curricular activities done only for the sake of it

Less working hour , mess and transport facility.

Dislikes

Poor management , no increment, too much of work load and not allowing employees to have their food as well, service provided to the students are management oriented not student oriented.

I learned more about make our teaching best and I got more opportunities to improve my language and writing skills. I thankful to school management for giving me chance to improve my skills. Thank you.

Need more support to teach higher classes because I have confidence that I can give hundred percent results and support to students.

Quality of the students,very poor. Most of the students are teachers wards only.so much pressure was given on teachers.Suddenly they asked me to quit the job .They have asked many teachers to quit the job suddenly in mid session.

It's a super organisation Where we can get chance to use our own skills and we can learn a lot of skills from the director and the manger's. Communication and environment is awesome. And accounts are very clear and transparent I liked this point in the organisation.

Everything is good when your doing good.
