Politics The oldies are at superannuation phase ,still they don't quit their jobs .Talented youngsters are not being promoted.

Less working hour , mess and transport facility.

Poor management , no increment, too much of work load and not allowing employees to have their food as well, service provided to the students are management oriented not student oriented.
