The management has thought in deep for their employees and has set a good pay scale and additional benefits in real with makes the employee stay loyal and more committed. The transparent hierarchy and clearly defined rules and regulations is an added advantage for us to perform well in the specific area. College was excellent , management was good...staff was very good, friendly and helpful . When I joined presidency I was nothing ..but college taught me so many things .it was nice experience . Thanks to presidency management , director & principal and all my colleague's , supporting staff ....love u all

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
