Every aspect. Very unprofessional work culture. Always having fund issue, they disburse salary kind of lottery list, if your name is on the list then you will get salary or wait for your turn. Majorly elderly aged staffs, management do not have progressive thought process. If you are who loves to work and develop and learn new skills then this organisation is not for you or if you know to show off then its best for you but forget about on time salary and appraisal. Before joining do research and ask all your queries properly, HR here manipulates and hides information which candidate should know, they will expect you to work round the clock even at your exigency but during attendance check you need to present as per official time or else will penalise you. No thought process for advance use of reporting system and development.

I have spent more than a decade with this company and have consistently met sales targets. However, due to the AVP of M&S unprofessional behavior, lack of market knowledge, and limited understanding of micro-irrigation products, I have faced significant challenges. Despite this, he behaves as if he knows everything about the MI business. If the company were to test his knowledge, his standards would be on par with that of field staff.

HR lacks authority, and salaries are not paid on time. Job security is low here, and employees can be fired at any time without notice. If you're considering joining this company, please think carefully before making a decision.

There's no benefit in being a part of the premier team. They consistently delay salary payments, leaving you to beg for your own salary. Receiving a salary is akin to hitting the jackpot, but it's tainted by rampant corruption at the highest echelons of management, who engage in unethical practices for personal gain. Once they set their sights on an employee, they ensure that person is forced to leave. If you're looking for a nightmare, then please join, but think thoroughly before accepting any offer. The HR department lacks policies, and all processes are manual. The work environment feels like it's from the 1950s, with older advisors coming in to sleep, embezzle funds, and engage in corrupt practices. The VP HR is mentally unstable, truly needs to consult with psychiatrists.

Company management is best. Training on probationary period is very much depth and understanding. Target basis job but flexibility given but I'm my case my senior is good and am doing my job in home town and after some tim they are allow to work in home town also. So in my side premier is better choice for sales engineering job. You feel like mnc work culture here. And very much co operative seniors. Always try to push up and given attractive benifit also. Overall 4 out of 5 in my side.

Tour travels benifit is low cost, reports approach are old type. Salary some time unusual if not submitted report to BM.
