Every aspect. Very unprofessional work culture. Always having fund issue, they disburse salary kind of lottery list, if your name is on the list then you will get salary or wait for your turn. Majorly elderly aged staffs, management do not have progressive thought process. If you are who loves to work and develop and learn new skills then this organisation is not for you or if you know to show off then its best for you but forget about on time salary and appraisal.
