It was a good company before 2023 in terms of job security now only one good thing that salary credited on time.

Dislikes

No training and not any other benifits,like medical policy etc. It's 9 hrs six days working company with only eight listed holidays yearly. No job security in company ,from 2023 No job security it depends on few old senior people's poltics sitting in H.O or having continuous face to face interaction with M.D. up to lower levels.

Premier is best company for freshers like me u can learn a lot here because your not restricted to learn one dept if you bored in one dept can ask to shift for other departments also ,salary increment will be very less ie 5% to 10% of your overall salary. Long working hours and all six days in a week u have to work here On every 7 they wil credit the salary. Each dept head also very supportive to their subordinates and friendly in nature.

Training is very good all relevant training will be provided internally by their dept heads.

The company is reliable when it comes to salary matters, Salaries are paid on time without any delays, which is a positive aspect.

Working culture is extremely poor. Shyam Ji's (Vice President) dictatorial management style creates a toxic environment with no job security, leading to arbitrary termination. Office politics and mental harassment are rampant. Shweta (Shyam's Mistress) from marketing, pressures other departments and publicly insults employees on Shyam;s orders. To survive, you must appease both Shyam and Shweta. Otherwise, expect harassment or dismissal. There no fixed working hours with employees sometimes staying for days. Shyams abusive behavior adds to the distress. Ankit Ji the owner is unresponsive to these issues and those who work hard are harrassed even more. Proceed with extreme caution

Company is Good, But Inside people are Worst. Worst Culture of Plant Head. Partiality between departments. No suggestions rather than asking Why, Why, Why, by Plant Head. No Motivation, No appreciation (Some dept only get this except Quality dept). No Support to Quality team. No Job security for Quality Dept. Unwanted tensions. Unwanted Meetings min. 1.5 Hours in a day (That too Unwanted discussions and irrelevant Questions) Irrelevant works. Non Technical Plant Head. Productivity and Result Oriented company. No Ethics at all.. Lack of Experienced people. Uncomfortable to work, due to Environment ( surrounding full dust. There is no Proper Road to travel to company. Etc.....N+

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
