...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

my immediate boss was supportive, you get chance to work with people all over India and overseas also, this is the benefit of being a tier1 direct supplier.

...ve to work way longer than that without expecting anything even basic amenities. You even have to pay yourself for conveyance which you have used for company affairs, but sometimes it will be reimbursed but after many hickups. Also remember there is no holiday you are an employee 24x7 without expecting anything as the credit goes to only superbosses.

There is a lot of politics management doesn't address our issues , salary is very poor for btech candidates only 9500 per months including overtime , and no career growth because Plant Head don'T want
