...here is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

I have enhanced my skills in my field and learned alot of new things. Also, got an opportunity to showcase what i have learned during my training. My bosses are really very supportive when it comes to work

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, the colleagues are not so intelligent and friendly. Also we can't manage personal life as we have 6 days working and no perks and other benefits. No work from home culture, no cafeteria and hygiene issues

Premco Global Ltd. Is a good company with nice management. Work satisfaction and appreciation are very good from all level. Mismanaged and highly quality conscious company. To work with this company gives high regards in the market for same product.

My personal feeling that individual utilisation of employee are not in perfect manner.
