If you want to ruin your career, then join this company 1. Management is very biased- They give promotion and Salary increase to some employees in the middle of the year and again during appraisal they will again give salary increment with in 3 months at-least follow the policy. * employee are waiting for justice from management but management doesn’t not follow its own policy 2 now value of PhD employees 3.manager support their fav employee and give good feedback about him or her to management 4 No job security- they fire employees on regular basis 5 no respect for personal life

...gement. Poor Human resource. The head HR does not know anything about the field. On notice period, they will not pay you for 3 months (1 month if on probationary).

First of all, Premas is not a company. If u know , quess the following: An arrogant and egoistic lady in the company A nonsense big man They are increasing the toxicity of their so called lab ,,, Worst culture ,,, toxicity,,, zero work life balance ,, Insulting their employees for their failure,, Worst facility ,, complete froad ,,, 0 rating for this place

No proper planning. Ad-hoc based projects No proper QA and GMP practice Job is totally based on project funding. From Ast.manager level no job security.
