If you want to ruin your career, then join this company 1. Management is very biased- They give promotion and Salary increase to some employees in the middle of the year and again during appraisal they will again give salary increment with in 3 months at-least follow the policy. * employee are waiting for justice from management but management doesn’t not follow its own policy 2 now value of PhD employees 3.manager support their fav employee and give good feedback about him or her to management 4 No job security- they fire employees on regular basis 5 no respect for personal life

Toxic and manipulative work culture. Management praises itself for reasons unknown. They treat employees like they are their slave. They will even ask you to do work of housekeeping and janitors. Zero work ethics. They post fake reviews on glassdoor & ambitionbox. The director says words like " tera gala dabba doongi" , "teri taangein todd dungi" she also questions everybody's upbringing. Management lives in its own La La Land. They are "Lehman Brothers" of India.

...gement. Poor Human resource. The head HR does not know anything about the field. On notice period, they will not pay you for 3 months (1 month if on probationary).

No proper planning. Ad-hoc based projects No proper QA and GMP practice Job is totally based on project funding. From Ast.manager level no job security.
