I would like to suggest when an employees is doing good at the job, should be Appreciated, it will motivates employees to do the best always at the job and work harder with honesty and dedication.

Lead by an observant, visionary and highly ethical leader, this is one of those organizations, where I actually feel that one gets an opportunity to learn, grow and imbibe new skills.

Good working place with colleagues and supportive staff even employer behavior is good, they do best appraisal every years.

Dislikes

There is some rules and regulations created by employers as don't sit with girls in cafeteria and we can't speak more in working time.
