Work as a chamcha work without your dignity no increment in salary no surety of job nothing to develop nor to increase your skill And most important be familiar with the abusive language of boss on daily basis

Technical support and training superb with director sir. All products are too good, no one compares with our products. Familiar behaviour from Director Sir and Mam. They take care as son.

Dislikes

Too much politics in internal , Business manager Aditi Nayyar was no. 1 politics person, culture not good too much pressure without any reason, since 2006 more than 30:sales person change from her pressure. She takes all credit of sales.

there's a lot to learn about technology and industrial environment.

So called Super seniors are only have to sit on their cabin to show they're working but in real they are careless person, they have skill and knowledge but won't help the helpless guy who is in need of them. Some of them are so useless even if they resign their job, company won't be affected. Company have installed a lot of cctv camera's but they don't have enough storage device to store the data.

Likes

It's a terrible company to join in. There is no good or positive work culture. You won't learn any skills which will be value adding to your career. Late salaries. Lacks structure. No proper chain of command. Departments have no power to take decisions. 3 chairperson and all move in different directions of company's development without any synchronisation. If you are little bit decently educated, don't waste time here unless you are desperate. Crooked system with a mindset of taking undue monetary advantage of the customers.

The MD is abusive and the top end employees won't let you grow and it's like nobody wants to take responsibility and keep forwarding their work. There is no hierarchy, no process map and Jd changes per week.
