Very good working culture . Also you can learn many things there that you will not learn in any other company.

Times are very hard you have to work more then 12 hours a day. Every month you will have some little argument with HR for salary related issues.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. i love the fact taht i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high. some times i have to work 14-18 hours

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements.

It was the worst working experience of my life. You woun't get anything on papers. No company policy, no salary timing, salary scale not as per the market, no working hours, even you don't have specific job role. They expect you as multi tasking but you won't get salary as per that. For everything you have to fight. Even if you resign, they woun't accept it, then you have to fight for your experience letters and relieving, and this is nothing you have to face mental torture and mental harassment during that 1 month notice period. I worked there as a HR, but you are not authorize to take any decision independently. I resigned in jan 2018, and left company in feb 2018,served 1 month notice, and now Its about 3 months for sending reminders for my full and final settlement, after several emails and phone reminder i won't get any respond. And its not only me, when i was working there i got calls from ex-employees who keep calling for PF, full and final, etc. Sameless people, worst culture. There is no policy for anything. It Feels like you are working in a factory of 1800s.
