The company provides a training of SAP, also provide various new technologies to employees. Company has good projects , from that we can learn many things.

Dislikes

Only issue with Praxis is salary/appraisal (Less Salary) . Also continue with this not a culture of IT Companies.

We can get to learn a lot especially if joining as a fresher. There's lots of opportunities to grow in the organisation.

Dislikes

The facilities could be more flexible. All Saturday -Sunday should be off. Hybrid work environment

Praxis is the place where management involved in all deliverables so every employee can get opportunities to learn from them in solution finalization, customer relation management, professionalism. Also your good work will be appreciated and you will get proper appraisal as per your performance.

Don't have proper work life balance, work load & salary ratio is too low. No team outings, no festival celebrations
