...ve policy only 5 leaves are allowed till confirmation ( as per rule he must get all 15days from the day one) 3) Salary date no clue when owner says ok then only it get released 4) have to work on all public holiday - no holi, gudi padwa, ganesh chathurthi, gandhi jayati etc 5) If you want to add any family member you have to work for 2 years 6) HR- Purnima proudly says that they are following world class HR practices like birthday celebration and anniversary celebration 7) most of the HR and other workers are started their career in Suhana and they don't have any clue about rest of the world ( if you remember story of frog from Well and Frog from ocean) 8) New employees cant survive from the politics old employees (Bcs they are the step sons of the owner like Manoj Taree) 9) Strict working times (even though if don't have work then also you sits and you work over time also it won't be considered) 10) No Saturday off as HR says even we have to work in holidays also When you discuss same with HR their readymade answer is they they are already following the best HR practices in the industry No canteen food and the area where office is their it was draught land you wont fine any good food in a radius of 3km

no skill, lack of education, nothing to learn, no respect, no Pramotion, no designation nothing,no allowance, no increment, no welcome kit etc.

Company wind-up from north is arround 5years ago and relaunch is 2022 again. Company Every time to send Person relaunch but not successful because of Leg working missing . If you are working in Hard for company pull the your legs because he don't want to create work and business for company.After Some years send message to company products is not moving and north people is chor and again wind-up and transfer to other states job security.Some HR policies. Front staff joining as a ISR salaries giving from the company but not any paper provide to person just like offers letter, salary slip etc totally unprofessionals culture.No job security.
