...es very bad taking advance from the parties and deliver defetive damage product. Actual salary date will be 7th they will give you 10 13 any date as per their choice. Also if you join as a RSM they will cut money from mission every point.

1) Company is worse than Byjus 2) No vision, no mission, running company like local shop 3) Founder doesn't have a clue about business, his background is banking. Outdated thinking listens to everyone and tries to imply that. Never takes feedback from employees. 4) Treats employees like labourer's, no respect. He doesn't care about personal life, expects you to work like you own the company but treats you like some low level employee. 5) Expects the business should be as much as the market share and gives impossible targets. Not even a single employee in company history has earned incentives.
