Its like a startup now. Few experienced people are expected to train the rest of the team. Work life balance is good.. u r expected to work rigorously only when there is priority. Team is very youthful and energetic. Good place for people who wants to settle.

Dislikes

As the team is forming newly, the managers are not settled enough to handle things.. they are on their run to prove themselves (competition between managers) which worries us as to whether they have time to observe each one of us and whether they know what we are contributing! We already have a feeling that they are inclined to few people and that only they will get recognised. Since it is not even 1 year of project kick-start, we have to wait for another year to know about the work/policy/promotion/appraisal/etc

The company work culture and people are good. There is enough space for work life balance. The colleagues and the senior management are supportive enough.

Dislikes

There are times when you will be put under scrutiny for even minor mistakes. The work demands you to be dynamic at all times and there isn't enough space for any errors.

Very much process oriented irrespective of the hierarchy.

Both, Leadership and HR, who took over from their respective predicisors in the specific business unit where I worked were the worst I encountered in my 16 years of professional experience. I hope none ever faces such pathetic and senseless team leaders.

Politics and favoritism Exists here. There is an PW India HR leader known for his rude and unprofessional nature, he behaves like a idiot and acts as "Goon". Just Beware of him. HR policy needs to be improvised alot.
