Dislikes

...of divide and rule. Tries to infuriate between two collogues without any reason. A small incentive will cost you 5 -10 times extra things to pay back. Partial towards people who doesnt work only beacause they are here from long time and staying to work in lesser amount of salary. No comp-off. No extra pay/variable payout. You cannot take smaller decesion by yourself only due to ego.
