...heir employees, and provide chances to work on Projects, right after deployment. Of course, you will have a good salary and promotions, compared to an average MNC. Finally, I conclude that Pratian Technologies is the best place to work for fresh minds.

As we have few managers, it is challenging for developers to manage and maintain, but, it is all for the better good. Developers will get exposure to work on management as well, which will ultimately lead to multidimensional growth. It helps me grow indirectly.

They motivate you very well.

They don't provide salary on time. They switch you your batch and role anytime. There is no culture only celebration happens if all the employee force CTO and CEO. No Trainer is provide, for clearing doubts but they have tech leads but they also don't know how to solve the problems.

- Exposure and the chance to get to work on different aspects of a product - See the product development end-to-end - Good appraisals if performance is good - Accommodating and flexible unlike MNCs - Certain level of transparency - Ideal for freshers than experienced people

...compromised. - Jack of all trades, master of none (not necessarily a bad thing) - Irregularity in pay ever since COVID - Maybe not the best place if you are experienced and know what you want to do (4-5+ years experienced)

...e all came to conclusion that they are probably scammers after checking reviews. After reading some review here, it became clear to me that they are going to ask me to pay the money and sign some slave contract sooner or later. So we all thankfully quit. I regret that I wasted a lot time for nothing but I hope by reading this review at least you all will be cautious especially with that trainer and HR. I think they will also try to convince you to rejoin their so called training sessions and will provide you false dreams but if I were you, I would not listen to them.

...oan in our name because it was a internship based hiring and the fee was 2 lack. They took that money from an NBFC and now telling us to pay the loan , where they have stated in the offer letter that there'll be 6 months of training, after that I'll be an associate software engineer. But they scammed us, thy didn't provide any 6 months. We just wasted our 6 months , and after that they extended 2 more months, now totally 8 months are over...still we are unemployed. There are almost 400+ unemployed students who got scammed like this in the pratian. Now our situation is like...we have to pay the loan that they have taken with our documents, but they've not given neither training nor job. where should i suppose to die now ?
