Pratham have a good environment for work. I learn many thing when I was working at pratham. This organisation give opportunity to freshers and growing skills and knowledge through training and through motivation.

Everything is grate but salary is unsatisfied.

The organization is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that market reliable, in-hence the quality of education not only in India but it's also spreading in the world. It's working collaborate in many organization and government partnership. The plus point is that this an learning organization. All of my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day and 7 day's in a week. I have to attend many govt officials meeting and internal meeting apart from office time. I have to work very carefully because I am working in the development sector as a Measurement, Monitoring & Evaluation Associate. Analysis, team support, capacity building, right data collection, training, reporting etc. are my main roles & responsibility. Sometimes, I have got another response from the organization.

I like to any other job which is comfortable for me .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but salary is low & the work pressure is very high . There are no time to work , my working place so far to my home . Manager did not value which was my suggestion. Also the organization was closed these year March , 2019.

... culture all the staff is very supportive and seniors also motivate every time. Salary and appraisals are also very good and it take place time to time.

Salary and appraisals come after completing half a year.

Job is excellent for personality devlopment but pay scale is very low.. Poor as compere to work load. Schedule is hectic and tight. Not suit for financial growth. Not suitable for career growth. No chances for promotion. But If you like to do social work... This is best place
