Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is nothing here ☹️ which anyone like very bad ND wast company, company hr Don't know how to talk employee hr is only 12th pass she doesn't know English not even hr boss (kailash chandra) don't know how to talk with his sub ordinate he is abuse to his worker or employee he is using abusing language in the sens of mother and sister

They don't even give salary on time they don't give a leave on a hour they don't give anything from there they only drink employee blood I request all of those who read my opinion plz don't join Company 😡 they take 10 hours ND give you only 9k rupees that's it
