Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Only benifit is you can show on your resume that you worked in pms under Tata Steel plant .

Dislikes

As you can see my rating I'm working in PMS since 2021 and I'm already frustrated, Management is poor it's like senior don't even care about you or your job .
