...t the management is not transparent. There is no cafeteria or any chilling area. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair at all and even the salary hike is not good. Even job opportunities for better learning is not there for Production. Even if you are leaving the Company they will ask you to complete 3 months notice period or else you have to pay 3 months gross salary.

Salary is not satisfactory, career growth is very slow. You have serve 3 months notice period or have to pay gross salary for 3 months after resignation for reliving.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good sallery hike and bonus every year

Sallery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...at business but the fact is 4 group companies has been closed due the same MD. Never pay salary on time, better to say they pay after half of next month passed. Management have no sympathy towards employees but yes if you are bootlicker of MD you may can grow bigger than himself.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.
