...d virtually and hr name was karuna. they said i am shortlisted for BDE position. And asked them for salary and offer letter, then they said position is at hold. Really not appreciated. Not Recommended for job aspirants. Company must be clear with intentions, if they're going further or not. Be Straight forward.

I appreciate my time at Pranathi Software Services Private Limited. What I truly liked about the company was the timely salary disbursement on the 1st of every month and the thoughtful initiative of providing monthly lunch for employees. I also admired the management's vision to create employment opportunities for skilled professionals, which reflects their dedication to growth and community development

...llenges. There was no proper training, skill development, or clear work process. I was hired as an accountant for one company but was later assigned responsibilities for a sister company without a salary hike. Despite being promised a revision in six months, it kept getting delayed, and even after a year, the hike was very minimal despite my financial concerns. The accounts department lacks career growth, with work focused mainly on billing rather than accounting. Employees are also expected to handle multiple responsibilities under the group company concept. I suggest improving processes, salary revisions, and growth opportunities for the accounts team.
