Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

...hing so good... Uneducated management they don't know how to talk with staff.. There no work environment/ no safety equipment/ no job security/ no medical assurance/ no pay on medical leave/ no salary as per gov parameters/ no experience documents will be provided...

It's a private farm that's manufacture lead acid battery. And the farm operated by the owner instractions and another staff follow the rules to that's made by the owner. There is no excellent growth and no another apportuinitysomething.

Dislikes

Something like: environment, working schedule, salary and less equipment.
