My senior brigadier D.S gill , working as a Vice President and he is retired from indian army as a brigadier and he is a good human being, always think about their employee and try to do as more as possible but he is not able to do now ..finally he is a great person and best employee because always thing about to increase the profit of our company ..

I can do it work in pressure in same time. i haveto work 10-12 hours . i will call attend client in the evining and same time late in night if need for work

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
